贡嘎嘉措小我几岁，个子不高，非常腼腆、谦逊、少言。

拍摄藏传佛教壁画的时候，通过西藏大学的占堆教授，我认识了贡嘎嘉措，经常一起出门拍风景、拍壁画，一起喝茶聊天，一起狂饮啤酒，很快就成了好朋友。
